What was the highlight of CS Palace
Good value for money and good service also considering the Chinese New Year.
The equipment of the apartment is very good. The apartment is big enough to stay in for hours to rest when you are tired. We could easily make our own coffee and diner if we wished to do so. A good thing when you stay a couple of weeks in the city.
I asked my husband and his answer is that he does not know something to mention. I agree with him.

Great! Will definitely book again!
The unit was VERY nice, clean, spacious, and has a full suite of modern amenities. Everyone was really nice and helpful. In-unit Kitchen, laundry, etc. We bothered the staff for detergent twice and each time it was delivered within five minutes. Bonus: Unit has it's own super fast wifi network. Fastest, most reliable one we've ever used in any hotel. Bonus 2: Staff has functional English. Payment was deducted from our booking credit card. A lot of lodging in the area is cash only.

Room was clean with good security, use touch card lock to enter escalator and room. This is actually a residential building but maintain in good status, and veeeery close to Chin Guan Night market and metro station, location is perfect!
Pillow was flat and quilt was too heavy for summer, the shower system is a bit confusing as it's different from the instructions on the inner side of bathroom door. Wish we had more time to explore the swimming pool on rooftop!

But disappointed
MRT close by only 7 min walk one station 10 the other. Buses around the corner. A Family Mart and 7/11 close. Qingguang market behind. Although counter staff no English were plesent they tried to help but language was a problem. Room had washer with dryer, cable tv.
We booked 2 rooms I called time of booking to make sure on same floor there assured that itwould be. On arrival they put one group on 9th floorthe other on 2nd floor. Asked if they could change to same floor Manager was rude and said no. Pool and gym big selling point but you pay extra each time you want to use them. Night staff no English or little English. We ran out of toilet paper tried to ask counter staff but no English so we ended up having to buy some.
